Spriggits Rewards Program: How It Works & How to Use Your Bubbles

After our first year I sat back and thought about all the folks who made 1 purchase either online, or at a market then came back for a second, and a third, and so forth. I thought about how they chose to shop small, and often local over the big box stores. While being little prohibits us from doing massive discounts it doesn't mean we can't treat our regulars to a little something special every now and then too say thank you for all the support. So I started thinking about how we could initiate a rewards program and well its up and going now and has been for quite some time. So whether you are new here, or you've been with us for awhile and just need a refresher this post breaks down how to join, how to earn bubble points, how to redeem them, and a few important rules to know before you cash in.

A Quick Note: You will read the words "points" and "bubbles" used interchangeably in this article. Since our primary products are of a bubbly and cleansing nature we thought it would be fun to have you earn bubbles rather than just points. You get to "pop" your bubbles to redeem for rewards rather than spend points.

How to Join Spriggits Rewards Program

Joining is simple and free.

To sign up:

1. Subscribe by entering your name, email, and a password in the box on our rewards page linked above

2. Make sure you’re logged in to your account when you place orders

3. Make sure you use the same email address associated with your account when you place orders

No special purchase is required to join. If you already have an account, you may already be earning bubble points.

How You Earn Bubbles

You earn reward points aka bubbles through actions you’re likely already doing, including:

• Creating and maintaining an account

• Making purchases on our website

• Other activities listed on the rewards page (which may change over time)

  • follow us on social media

  • celebrate your birthday (birthday must be added to your account)

Bubbles are tied to your customer account, so always make sure you’re logged in when placing an order.

Example: You place an order while logged into your account → points are added automatically → they sit in your account until you’re ready to use them.

How to Check Your Bubble Balance

You can view your bubble balance by:

• Logging into your account via the little profile button on the top left hand side of the webpage. If it says "log in" then you will be prompted for your username (likely your email address) and your password. If it says something like "Hello, Jordan" then you are already logged in.

• Visiting the rewards page

• Opening the "View points" button under the log in button. If logged in this will show your rewards total automatically.

What Kinds of Rewards We Offer

This may change from time to time so the best resource is to check our rewards page linked at the top and bottom of this post. Previously offered rewards have been set dollar amounts off your total order, free item coupon, and free shipping.

How to Redeem Your Bubble Points

When you’re ready to pop your bubbles, you can redeem them for rewards listed in the program.

The general process looks like this:

1. Log into your account

2. Visit the rewards/loyalty section

3. Select the reward you want to redeem

4. Apply the reward to your order at checkout by copying and pasting the code

Once points are redeemed, they are converted into a reward and deducted from your balance.

Example: You’ve saved up enough bubbles for a reward → you redeem it → a discount or perk is applied to your order.

Important Things to Know

A few helpful rules to keep in mind:

• Points are tied to your account and can’t be transferred

• You must be logged in to earn or redeem points

• Points have no cash value outside the rewards program

• Rewards must be applied according to the program’s listed options

• 100% of bubble points expire after 12 months of inactivity

• Program details may change. The best way to check updates is on the rewards page.

• Wholesale orders are not eligible for bubble point accrual or redemption.

• In person purchases (at markets) and online (website) purchases do not intermingle meaning rewards points can only be accumulated and spent via the website. This is due to information tracking. Example being we do not record your identity with your purchase at in person markets where as we do with online orders so we know who is picking up or where its shipping out to.
