Spriggits Policies

Information directly obtained from you is used to make your experience smooth, including managing a personal account, making purchases, and receiving updates or promotional emails. This information may include your email, first and last name, username, password, billing/shipping address(es), phone number(s), account info (birthday, wishlists, rewards points), and payment information. This information is necessary to place purchases using our service.
If you choose to post a review after first-hand experience of a product, or comment on a blog post please do not include any personal information in your post, as reviews will be publicly displayed. Information automatically collected when using our services is used to improve your experience. This includes your IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies, pixels, and analytics (Google Analytics, Site Search, Fera Reviews, marketing pixels). We use integrated apps such as Fera Reviews, Gmail, Shippo, and Prest-Changeo. Usercentrics is used to manage cookie consent and help comply with GDPR and CCPA. Please review the privacy policies of each service for more information.
Information may be shared with service providers for marketing emails, payment processing, and analytics purposes. When creating an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information private. You can edit your account information yourself, and if you need assistance, we can help update certain details. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, please contact customer support immediately. Customers may request deletion of their account or personal data by contacting us.
Payment services are provided through third-party processors: Wix Payments, Stripe, Square, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, each with their own terms and services. We do not store full payment details.
Our Service may contain links to websites and services not provided by Spriggits. Once you leave our website, Spriggits is not liable for any personal information you provide to third parties. Please exercise caution when sharing information with outside sources.
While we take measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure, and any information provided to us is at your own risk. Wix, the eCommerce platform used by Spriggits, is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. Wix is compliant with ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications, as well as TLS certification.
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) allows EU visitors to request a copy of their data being processed on our site. California residents may request access to or permanent deletion of their data through CCPA/CPRA.
International users should note this site is based in the United States and intended for U.S. visitors only. By using this service, your data may be subject to different data protection laws than those in the European Union or other regions.

Handmade personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to change an other, a request must be made prior to the shipping label creation.

Spriggits currently ships orders within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase unless otherwise notified prior to purchase. Once your order has received a tracking ID, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct email address at checkout to obtain this information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. We use trusted carriers through Shippo to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather, and federal holidays.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility. Packages that appear lost in transit or damaged upon arrival will need to be directed to the carrier but if you contact us within 48 hours we will do our best to coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to change or correct errors in pricing, taxes, and other related costs at any time. Ingredients and descriptions are also subject to be updated at any time. At any point in time or for any reason, we may stop providing any given service or offer any particular item with or without reason or notice.
There are no warranties or guarantees on any product or service provided by Spriggits.
All Intellectual property, software, images, text, videos, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, audio, etc are all the exclusive property of Spriggits and other third parties. You agree not to use, copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, adapt, display, edit, or create work derived from this property.
We hold the right to, without notice or reason at our sole discretion including if you violate any of our terms, permanently or temporarily suspend or terminate your account with us. All purchases in which payment was received and made prior to this will be fulfilled.
