-
Where do you ship? The USA only at this time.
-
What are my shipping options? At checkout, you can select first class for packages estimated to be 13oz and under, or priority mail. We will either use flat-rate shipping from USPS or reused packaging we save from our incoming shipments. This packaging could be paper padded envelopes or cardboard. Packages can ship via USPS or UPS. We also have an option for local pick-up which is free.
-
Can I pick up my order?Yes. When checking out please select the pick-up option and leave contact information in your order notes so I can get in touch to arrange a time for you. We often use 100% recycled or reused paper bags for pick-ups at no additional charge. If you would like to save a bag and bring your own bag instead that is perfectly okay with us - let us know so we don't label a bag for you. Way to go green! 💚
-
How does pre-ordering work?Pre-ordering is only available if listed on the product page as an option. When items are not currently in stock but have a designated restock or release date we sometimes offer pre-ordering. This ensures first dibs on the item when it becomes available. If you pre-order an item with other items that are in stock then the entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item's soonest available ship date unless otherwise discusses with our team. This avoids the purchasing of multiple shipping labels. If you would like available items shipped separately (sooner than the pre-ordered item) we advise you to place two separate orders. Pre-orders are a great way to avoid missing out on special releases.
-
How do I enter a coupon?Coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process in the box labeled " coupon codes". Codes are case sensitive so please ensure you've copied it correctly.
-
How big is the team?Spriggits is founded, run, and operated by one woman!
-
How is Spriggits practicing sustainability?Prior to launching we took almost an entire year pulling everything together to be fully prepared to serve or as prepared as possible. We do not expedite lengthy processes or look for shortcuts as these tend to compromise important values we hold to a high standard. Even if this delays our goals, it is worth it to us for our customers and the planetary impact we create. Our products use only natural ingredients and we do our best to recycle, or reuse the containers and packaging our ingredients come in. Some of our items will come completely package free while others may be in a clear compostable bag, reusable metal tin, or paper. Our labels are made from 100% recycled and acid-free paper and bound together by water-activated paper tape. The ink used to print our labels comes from recycled/refilled ink cartridges, and the paper your shipping labels will be printed on will also be 100% recycled. This could actually be a very long winded answer to your question. Perhaps I should write a whole blog post about it! Anyhow, while we still have a way to go, we do our best and are always looking to improve, and are always open to any suggestions you may have or questions.
-
Where can I visit the store?Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a physical shop. All things Spriggits are operated from my home. Sometimes we do have events at markets and festivals where you can visit us and see our products up close! To stay informed about upcoming events please subscribe to emails and follow us on social media for alerts, updates, and cancelations.

Do you use palm oil?No. Palm oil is a highly used oil in many soap products and the food industry, and therefore, its over-harvesting has contributed devastatingly to major deforestation and loss of many habitats. There are some sources to ethically harvest palm oil out there but we still sustain from using it in our recipes. If there is ever a particular ingredient you are looking to avoid please contact us and we can help direct you as all of our products have varying ingredients.
-
Do you do wholesale?Yes, we do. Please click here to be directed to our wholesale inquiry form or you can message us through the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner. This will connect us and we can discuss your needs.
-
I have an event coming up. Do you take custom orders?Yes. We can do custom orders for baby showers, weddings, party favors, ect. Please inquire via email or the chat box and we would be happy to work with you and discuss your needs. We cannot guarantee acceptance of all requests but are open to seeing if we can help. Custom orders will have varying rates depending on the request. Please inquire earlier rather than later. Depending on the item you are seeking and the volume it could take some time to fulfill. For reference soap takes 4-8 weeks to cure so at a minimum try to inquire 2.5 months in advance for soap orders.

Do you have anything for sensitive skin?We do! While almost all of our products have been tested by those with sensitive skin and resulted in no issues, there are two products specifically designed for sensitive skin. The Honey & Oat soap is unscented by any fragrance or essential oils which is the most common irritant. It also is accompanied by ground oats which have been proven to benefit irritable skin. The unscented lotion bar is also a great choice with a simple yet effective moisturizing ingredient list.
-
When will there be a restock?Click "Notify me" on any out of stock product to get a restock notification. We will also be sharing on social media when restocks should become available. Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

I have certain sensitivities to scents/oils/additives ect. Do you have anything I could use?We cannot guarantee a product to meet your needs but we are always happy to help in your search. Feel free to use the chat feature to send us a message and we can look through to see if anything we have excludes the items you may have sensitivities to. For example: if you cannot have essential oils or fragrances then the Honey and Oat soap or unscented lotion bar would be a great option as our only unscented products. If you want to search on your own, then all of our product ingredients are readily available on the individual product pages. Please do keep in mind the severity of your sensitives because as a small operation, we cannot guarantee that some ingredients may have come in contact with other ingredients you are looking to avoid.

Do you have anything "manly"?At the request of my boyfriend... yes we do. The Brig N Bones soap is a wonderful choice for the hand-working hand with its gritty exfoliating properties. It may be too coarse for daily body use but it's wonderful for dirty hands! The scent is certainly our most masculine aroma and one of my favorites. The Cypress and Mango lotion is also a very gender-neutral scent as it combines forest and fruity for a fun unique smell. My personal favorite actually.

Are these products travel-friendly?Absolutely. I personally have traveled with these products through TSA at the airport with zero problems, which is just another reason to go zero waste with Spriggits. Eliminating the liquid factor in our products is what makes them so travel-friendly. Please do keep in mind however that under high temperatures some of the oils in our products can melt so please secure them in a container that will not leak if this does happen.

How do you use a lotion bar?Lotion bars are easy to use and have two primary methods for use. One way to use is to pop the lotion out of the container by flipping it over and maybe giving it a little tap then while holding the bar in your hand apply it to the designated area of skin you wish to use it on and allow the warm temperature of your skin to slowly melt the bar a small amount. You can then put the bar back and rub in the lotion. Another method is to just dunk a finger into the bar and lift a small amount out of the tin then rub it in.

How long does everything last? This will depend on your use and storage of the items. Our sugar scrub cubes are designed for 6 individual uses primarily for your hands or feet. If you intend to use them for a body scrub you may find you need a couple of cubes. These can be stored in their package or on a dish in a dry area away from high heat. The lotion bars can last quite a while! A little goes a very long way. If you are using it for just your hands here and there it could last a year but if you are using it for your whole body or even as a massaging aid to add some glide on the skin it will inevitably need refilling a little sooner. If you accidentally leave your bar in high heat, it may lose its cute design but can reform into a solid once placed in a cool area. Our soap bars can be cut into chunks to prolong life, but the most important key to keeping your soap in its prime is proper storage. If your soap is left sitting on the tub wall, or under the leaky shower head it will soften substantially and not last as long. Ideally, the soap should be placed on a soap lift that allows drainage of the water from the bar when not in use. Keeping the soap dry will allow it to remain hard and last longer. When your soap gets very small you can actually stick it right to a new bar or use a soap saver bag. Shampoo and Conditioner bars are similar to soap bars in that they will last the longest when they are properly stored to dry between uses. If the bars become thin you can also squeeze them into a more usable shape or squish them onto a new bar.
