A quick heads up: these bars are temperature sensitive and can crack in freezing winter temperatures or soften in summer heat. We can't control the weather or postal delays, so keep an eye out for your shipment if severe weather is in the forecast.

Shipping is based on weight and distance and will be calculated at check out. At this time we are only shipping in the United States. Tracking will be provided via email once the label has been printed for your order. Spriggits is a one gal company so please be patient. All orders will be shipped within one week of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Can I pause or cancel anytime? Yes, you can do this under your subscriptions in account settings or by reaching out.
What happens if my bar arrives damaged from heat or cold? Please note extreme weather and postal delays are outside our control. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking ID number for updates.
